God and My Girlfriends is an interfaith community empowering women in spiritual growth, self-care and sisterhood.
How do we do this?
By building meaningful connections and fostering a strong community through outreach programs, retreats, book studies, journaling clubs, and other collaborative experiences that bring women together.
We believe that life is all about relationships. We were made for community. Our nonprofit is all about helping women learn to nurture the three most important relationships in her life:
God, self, and others.

We believe that having a real connection with the Divine is vital to being happy, healthy, whole human beings.

Learning to know ourselves and appreciate who we are, and who God created us to be is also incredibly important for our overall well-being.

Finding and maintaining a true and healthy connection with friends is empowering —offering love, support, and accountability, which we all need.

The holidays will be upon us soon. At GAMG, one of our favorite things to do is bless some Single Moms at Christmas to help them get through the season with a little extra support.
When I was a single mom, some wonderful ladies helped me get through a particularly hard Christmas season and I promised I would pay it forward somehow. That's why this ministry is so near and dear to my heart!

Starting this Fall - The GAMG Journaling Club!
Led by Amie Pronk
Come join us on Monday nights, beginning October 5th, as we gather in community to explore the transformative practice of journaling. Together, we'll discover how journaling can deepen our spiritual lives, support emotional growth, and create space to reflect, heal, and connect.
Whether you're new to journaling or have been writing for years, we'd love to have you join us!
These relationships are important, but sometimes it’s hard to maintain those connections well.
Our busy lives get in the way. We don’t carve out time for spirituality, self-care, and friendships. It is our goal to encourage women to re-focus on these relationships. We want to give them real tools to help them nurture these three areas of their lives, which will in turn, make them better wives, mothers, sisters, co-workers etc. We hope you’ll join our community as we grow!
